Samsung extends warranty on key parts of home appliances to 20 years

This is the company's most comprehensive warranty on these parts to date, demonstrating the company's confidence in the reliability of its components and its commitment to reducing e-waste. To be more precise, the extended 20-year warranty applies only to parts, not the entire product. The user's entire product is covered by a 5-year warranty. Samsung also announced at IFA 2022 that the company's eco-friendly appliances save an additional 10% on energy on top of the new Europe's highest industry standard for energy, enabling ultimate energy savings in the home.
