Including dual-screen under-camera Samsung or developing under-screen face recognition system

According to sources, Samsung may be developing an off-screen face recognition system that includes two off-screen cameras. According to the patent, the method takes multiple images of the user from two angles to better build a 3D model of the face and use it for authentication. However, Samsung specifically mentioned the use of an under-screen camera. So far, Samsung has only experimented with an in-display camera on its Galaxy Z Fold line, without a wider rollout. Judging from the patent, it may be necessary to place a camera near the bottom of the phone, close to where the fingerprint is located under the screen, or even combine the two into an optical module. Also, the patent mentions measuring pupil size, which in humans changes based on lighting conditions, and is expected to be used as an additional security measure to prevent things like photos or masks from being used to deceive facial recognition.
